"Butch" as he was known was a loving son, father, grandfather and friend who will be sadly missed by all. A hard worker all his life was mostly involved with water, working on boats and later as a retailer at Bailey's Basin Seafood. He greeted everyone with a smile and enjoyed a good laugh. He would sometimes entertain his family with his harmonica. "Butch" was a die-hard Saints and LSU fan and lived to see the "Super Bowl" of a lifetime. His dog "Sugar" benefited greatly from his love of animals. Butch is survived by his daughters Rochelle "Shelley" Suire and her husband Travis; Summer Bailey-Brown and her husband Adam; his parents PT and Yvonne Bailey; a sister Deborah Bailey and her husband Neil Fears; a granddaughter Sydney Bassa; his fiancee Toni Lunsford; Sherry Bailey, the mother of his children; his aunt Virgie Noble; his uncles Wilson Bailey, Dub Noble, Max Thibodeaux, Jr. and his dog "Sugar". He is preceded in death by his grandparents Rudolph and Aurelia Bailey and Max and Gertie Thibodeaux. Visitation at Holy Cross Catholic Church will begin Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. A mass of Christian burial will be at 11:00 a.m. ===================
