Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2010/sm1010.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== David Andrew Dupre, 61, a native of Bayou DuLarge and a long time resident of Bayou L'ourse passed away Sunday, October 17, 2010 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. David was a sandblaster/painter in the oilfield for many years. He was also an accomplished carpenter and loved to build what was needed. David loved to have a good time and share them with his family and many friends. He never met a stranger. He will be sadly missed by his loving family and many friends. David is survived by his wife of 43 years, Patricia Mayon Dupre of Bayou L'Ourse, a son David Louis Dupre and his wife Aliscia of Holden, Louisiana, a daughter Bridget Ann Dupre, a brother Norman Dupre and his wife Giesla of, Germany, a sister Patricia Larrabee of Bourg, Louisiana, four grandchildren Levi, Taylor, Michael and Sabrina Dupre and his grand-dog Reina. He is also survived by his brother-in-law and best friend Davis Domingue, of Belle River and best friend Jay Leonard of Houma. He is preceded in death by his parents Herman and Fabiola Lirette Dupre, brothers Reynold and Burkin Dupre and sisters Verna Jane Quain and Vernonica McClanahan. Visitation at Hargrave Funeral Home on Monday, October 18, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and will continue Tuesday, October 19, 2010 from 8 A.M. until 11 A.M with services at 11 A.M.. He will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery. ===================
