FISHER, SANDRA FONTENOT METZ 

Sandra Fontenot Metz Fisher, 67, of Fulshear, Texas, went to be with her Lord on 
October 9, 2010, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Sandra was born in Ville Platte, on October 4, 1943, and was the daughter of the 
late Jesse Fontenot and Rella Fontenot of Louisiana.

Sandra is survived by her husband, Douglas W. Fisher; her loving children, 
Alaina Metz Smith and husband, Gregory, Joseph Metz and wife, Cherie, Tonya 
McAnally and husband, Chris, and Nicole Metz-Ehret and husband, Barrett; five 
grandchildren; her mother, Rella Fontenot; and her brother, Doyle Fontenot.

She was preceded in death by her late husband, Donald Joseph Metz; and her 
father, Jesse J. Fontenot.

A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, October 12, 2010, at 2 p.m. at Fulshear 
United Methodist Church, 8201 Harris St., Fulshear.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to CanCare 
Inc., 9575 Katy Freeway, Suite 428, Houston, TX 77024 in Sandra Fisher's name.

Burial will take place at the Morgan City Cemetery at a later date.
