Gussman , passed to his new life Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at Teche Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. Milton was a family man. Married to his love in life Delores for 62 years nothing pleased him more than being with his family. He would cook his specialty "crab spaghetti" or boil crawfish or crabs, fry fish or most any reason for a family gathering. Milton made his living off the water as a commercial fisherman and with the help of his wife had a successful career. He was a generous man, would share seafood with his family, and friends, and would help any in need. He loved his Lord and was a faithful member of Holy Cross Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife Delores Rhodes Gussman, sons Robert Gussman and his wife Elizabeth, and Arnold Gussman and his wife Judy, and a daughter Ann Gussman Hooper and her companion Johnnie L. Carter all of Morgan City, ten grandchildred and twenty-one great grandchildren. Milton was preceded in death by his parents Henry Gussman, Jr. and Eva Comeaux Gussman and a sister Helen Scadlock. Pall bearers will be Robert Gussman, Jr., Lynn Crochet, Arnold Gussman, Jr., Robert Gussman III, Tyler Ishee and Draven Smith. Visitation at Hargrave Funeral Home is Thursday, October 14, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and will continue Friday, October 15, 2010 at Holy Cross Catholic Church from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. He is to be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery. ===================
