Gary Henson, 63, a native of Capay, Ca, a former resident of Franklin, and a 
current resident of New Iberia died, Friday, October 15, 2010 at 8:30am at the 
Lafayette General Medical Center.

Gary is survived by his wife of 37 years, Brenda Boozer Henson of New Iberia; 
his son, Robert Henson and his wife, Lori, of New Iberia; two brothers, Maurice 
'Moss' Henson and Darrell Henson both of Capay, CA; one sister, Alice Cromer of 
Russell, IA; and one expected granddaughter, Rebekah Laurel Henson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, J.P. Henson and Elise Bair Henson.

The family requests that visitation be observed Monday, October 18, 2010 from 
10am to 1pm at the Church of the Assumption with a rosary being prayed at 
12noon.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 18th at 1pm at the 
Church of the Assumption with Father Lloyd Benoit officiating. Burial will 
follow in the Franklin Cemetery.
