SHORT, WILLIAM 
(February 12, 1924 - October 7, 2010)

William Short, age 86, a resident of Amelia, died Thursday, October 7th at his 
residence.

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 12th at Church of Christ in Gibson, La., 
from 9:00 AM until funeral at 11:00 AM. Burial in Mt. Pilgrim Cemetery.

William leaves to cherish him memories, a son, Henry Short of California, a 
brother, Norris Short, Sr. of Gibson; two sisters, Betty Mitchell of Gibson and 
Ruth Singleton of Morgan City, and a host of family and friends.

William was preceded in death by his parents.
