Virgie Theriot Boudreaux, 80, a native and lifelong resident of Franklin died, 
Friday, November 5, 2010 at 9:50pm at Franklin Foundation Hospital.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Elwood E. Boudreaux of Franklin; one 
son, Manly C. Boudreaux and his wife Tammy, of Jeanerette; two daughters, 
Elizabeth 'Liz' Boudreaux Gary of New Iberia, and Susan Boudreaux Boffone and 
husband Bobby, also of New Iberia; six grandchildren, Dusty Moss, Dwayne 
Vincent, Nicole Mire, Misty Brasseaux, Emmy Gary, and Lindsey Boudreaux; two 
step grandchildren, Tammy Dugas and Bobby Boffone Jr. and five great 
grandchildren, Shawn, Avery, Logan, Alyssa, and Cole and one step great 
grandchild, Leah.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Martin Theriot and Virgilia 
Aucoin Theriot; six brothers, Lawrence, Allen, Winfield, Camille, Whitney, and 
Martin Theriot; and three sisters, Wilda Dupre, Goldie Theriot, and Julia 
Milling.

Her family requests that visitation be observed Sunday, November 7, 2010 from 
6pm to 9pm at Ibert's Mortuary in Franklin with a rosary being prayed at 7pm. 
The Mortuary will reopen on Monday, November 8, 2010 at 8am until 10:30am.

A Mass of Christian burial will follow Monday, November 8th at 11am at Church of 
the Assumption with Father Lloyd Benoit officiating. Burial will follow in the 
Franklin Cemetery.

Acting as pallbearers will be, Manly C. Boudreaux, Dwayne Vincent, Bobby Boffone 
Sr., Bobby Moss, Shawn Moss, and Scott Mire.
