Mrs. Hilda Catherine Ardeanux Haydel, 88, a native and lifelong resident of 
Franklin died, Friday, October 29, 2010 at the Franklin Health Care Center.

Mrs. Hilda is survived by her son, Oren L. 'Bubbie' Haydel Jr. and his wife, 
Lillian, of Franklin; three daughters, Jeanette A. Haydel of Garden City, Paget 
E. Lasseigne of Youngsville, and Ruby 'Ruthie' Haydel of Franklin; six 
grandchildren, Shermie Hebert, Chad Lucas, Troy Lucas, Shade Ratcliff, Tracy 
Troxclair, and Oren L. 'T-Bub' Haydel III; 14 great grandchildren and two great 
great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Oren L. 'Bubba' Haydel Sr.; her 
parents, Willie and Cora Ardeneaux; four brothers, Oscar Ardeneaux, Alex 
Ardeneaux, Dudley Ardeneaux, and Cornelius Ardeneaux Sr.; five sisters, 
Elizabeth Ward, Mildred Millet, Margaret Payne, Dot Stadler, and Victoria 
Hargis; and one granddaughter, Rachel Ratcliff.

The family requests that visitation be observed Monday, November 1, 2010 from 10 
a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Church of the Assumption in Franklin with a rosary being 
prayed at 12 p.m.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held Monday, November 1, 2010 at 1 p.m. at 
the Church of the Assumption with Father Billy Ruskoski officiating the 
services. Burial will follow in the Franklin Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc. of Franklin, 
Louisiana 70538.
