Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2010/sm1011.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Alma Richard Johnson, a native of Pierre Part and a resident of Morgan City passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2010 at Morgan City Health Care. Alma enjoyed dancing and working in the yard to pass her time. Alma was a very loving person to be around and always made everyone feel very comfortable. Alma will be sorely missed by her family and friends. Alma is survived by one son, Nelson Metrejean and his companion, Judie Landry of Stephensville; four daughters: Ethel Toups of Berwick, Vergis Mosley and her husband, Lawrence of Merryville, Betty Black and her husband, Frank of Morgan City and Linda Sue Campbell of Alexandria along with 20 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 18 great-great grandchildren. Alma was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Metrejean and her second husband, Johnny Johnson; her parents, Augustan and Adela Hebert Richard; her step-mother, Francis Domingue Richard; two brothers: Noway and Lucidore Richard; three sisters: Corrine Landry, Mattie Verret and Maude Gros and five great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 starting at 6pm until 9pm at Twin City Funeral Home and resuming on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at the funeral home at 8am until 10am with a service beginning at 10am. Alma will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery. Twin City Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. ===================
