MARCEAUX, ROSE PERCLE 
November 4, 1934 - November 12, 2010 

Rose Percle Marceaux, 76, a long-time resident of Morgan City, passed to her new 
life Friday, November, 12, 2010, at her residence surrounded by her loving 
family.

Rose was an avid gardener and her garden was her entire backyard. It was proof 
of her loving labor. She enjoyed reading and watching her TV stories.

A wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she loved and enjoyed her 
family and friends. She was a faithful member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in 
Morgan City.

Rose is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Rodney; her son, Rodney Jr. 
and his wife, Bobbie, of Amelia; three brothers, Randolph, Joseph and Allen 
Percle of Morgan City; three sisters, Elda Solar, Shirley Couvillier and Nora 
Aucoin, all of Morgan City; four grandchildren, Rodney III, Angele, Adam and 
Andrew Marceaux; three great-grandchildren, Jocelyn Baggerly, Kaiden and 
Elizabeth Marceaux; and numerous relatives and friends.

She will be sadly missed by all. She was preceded in death by her parents, 
Clifton and Agnes Aucoin Percle; and a brother, Nolan Percle.

Visitation was Sunday and this morning at Hargrave Funeral Home in Morgan City. 
She was laid to rest at midday today, Monday, November 15, 2010, in Morgan City 
Cemetery.
