A memorial Mass of Christian burial will be held Monday, November 15, 2010, at 
11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Churh in Patterson for Mrs. Gertrude Mensman 
Rybiski,97, a native and lifelong resident of Patterson, who passed away 
Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at 10:15 PM at Teche Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Gertrude is survived by one son, Carroll J. Rybiski, Jr. of Patterson; one 
daughter, Renee Rybiski Dowden and her husband, Stephen, of Scott; four 
grandchildren, Chad Rybiski of Patterson, Scott Rybiski and his wife, Heather, 
of Patterson, Jacob Dowden, M.D. of Chattanooga, TN, and Sarah Dowden of 
Hamburg, Germany; and one great granddaughter, Jamie Lynn Rybiski of Patterson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll Joseph Rybiski, Sr.; her 
parents, Fred Allen Mensman, Sr. and Eleda Toups Mensman; two brothers, Lionel 
Mensman and Fred Allen Mensman, Jr.; and one sister, Doris M. Guidry.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Monday at St. Joseph Catholic 
Church from 9:00 AM until Mass time.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc.
