RICHERT, RUDY KEITH 

Funeral Services were held at a 3 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial on Sunday, 
December 19, 2010 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church for Rudy Keith Richert, 55, 
who passed away on December 16, 2010 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical 
Center.

Reverend Ed Duhon, Associate Pastor of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, was 
Celebrant of the Mass and conducted the funeral services.

Mr. Richert, a resident of Broussard, was the son of the late Rudy Claire 
Richert of Jennings and the former Delta Gaspard of Gueydan.

He is survived by his wife, Debra Richert of Broussard; two daughters, Shannon 
Breaux and husband, Shane, of Luling and Jennifer Columbia and husband, John, of 
Destin, Florida; two sons, Chad Richert and wife, Sarah, of Kenner and Kyle 
Richert of Luling; six grandchildren, Aidan Breaux, Laine Breaux, Alexis Breaux, 
Christopher Richert, Collin Richert and Seth Richert; two sisters, Karen 
Delcambre and husband, Rickey, and Kris Richert, all of Lafayette; two brothers, 
Earl "Bo" Richert and wife, Cheryl, of Laplace and R. Kirk Richert and wife, 
Chasity, of Broussard; as well as his godchildren, Analiese Richert, R.J. 
Perciful and Jason Richert.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family requested that visiting hours be observed at Sacred Heart of Jesus 
Church Sunday, December 19, 2010 from 1 p.m. until the time of services.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to offset 
medical expenses.

Delhomme Funeral Home, 1011 Bertrand Drive, Lafayette, LA, was in charge of 
funeral arrangements.
