Eula Mae Achee, a lifelong resident of Morgan City, passed away January 7, 2011 
in Thibodaux, at the age of 92.

Eula was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America and a faithful member of 
Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was a retiree of Whitney National Bank in 
Morgan City. Eula was a wonderful cook and always looked forward to Sunday 
dinners with her family.

Eula is survived by her daughter, Karen and husband Dale Morvant of Thibodaux; 
four grandchildren, Tammy and husband Glenn Toups; Lisa and husband Steve Russo; 
Kevin and wife Julie Morvant; and Tommy and wife Michelle Morvant. Eula is also 
survived by eight great-grandchildren.

Eula was preceded in death by her parents, Alvina and Sylvester Landry; husband 
of 58 years, Homer Achee; son, Bradley Achee; two sisters, Elmire Pierron and 
Ena Prestenback Ledet; and brother, Eddie Landry.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in 
Morgan City beginning at 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. A Mass of Christian Burial 
will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Eula will be laid to rest in the Morgan City 
Mausoleum.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association.

Hargrave Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
