PROVOST, ROSE MAE 

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 27, 2011, at 11 a.m., at St. 
Jules Catholic Church for Rose Mae Provost, 62, who died January 23, 2011 at her 
residence. 

Services will be conducted by Fr. Thomas Vu. Interment will be in the church 
cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Anthony Provost; daughter, Rochell; two 
grandchildren, Inaya Provost and Iriya Andrus; eight sisters, Alzina Sampy of 
Carencro, Mary Hellen Broussard of Houston, Texas, Mildred Davis of Cade, 
Dorothy Provost of Franklin, Ella Mae Provost, Mary Ann Griffin, Marie Douglas 
of Youngsville and Jeanette Jones of New Iberia; five brothers, Matthew and 
Lester Provost of New Iberia, Oliver of Cade, Charles and Camille Provost Jr. of 
Youngsville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Camille and Mary Levy Provost.

Visitation will be held Thursday, January 27, 2011 at St. Jules Catholic Church 
from 8 a.m. until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Syrie Funeral Home, Inc. of Lafayette, La.
