Interment will follow in Fountain Memorial Cemetery in Lafayette. Reverend Father Keith Landry, Pastor of St. Anne Catholic Church in Cow Island, will officiate. Amy was born Saturday, December 2, 1972 in New Orleans, was a longtime resident of Franklin and had recently moved to Lafayette. Amy graduated from Franklin High School and worked as a receptionist, hostess and waitress for many years. She loved to be around people, never met a stranger and was a friend to all. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. Amy is survived by three children, her two sons, Blaine Case of Lafayette and Brennan Case of Houston, Texas and one daughter, Breanna Aucoin of Morgan City; her father, Willie Roberts of Lafayette; her maternal great grandmother, Billy Ruskoski of Franklin; brother, John Roberts of Houston; two sisters, Ashley and Brittany Cook, both of Lafayette; stepfather, Edmond Picard of Franklin; and her ex-husband, Phillip Aucoin of Morgan City. She was preceded in death by her mother, Janice Ruskoski Picard of Franklin. The family requests that visiting hours at Fountain Memorial Funeral Home in Lafayette be observed on Thursday, February 17, from 2:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. and resume Friday, February 18, at 9 a.m. until time of services.
