Mrs. Ruby Allen Mendoza, 92, a native of Bayou Chene and a resident of Bayou 
Vista died, February 9, 2011 at the Patterson Health Care Center.

Mrs. Ruby is survived by four sons, Raymond Matthew Mendoza Jr. and his wife, 
Patti, of Bayou Vista, Marshall Glenn Mendoza of Bayou Vista, Larry Gene Mendoza 
and his wife, Ruby, of Franklin, and Cary Brent Mendoza and his wife, Denise, of 
Berwick; two daughters, Jeanette Mendoza Forester of Centerville, and Rita 
Mendoza Binion of Senneca, South Carolina; a brother, Milton Antoine Allen and 
his wife, Beatrice, of Plaquemine; a sister, Bertha A. Mendoza of Plaquemine; 27 
grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and seven great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond M. Mendoza Sr.; a son, Milton 
J. Mendoza; a daughter Janice M. LeBlanc; her parents, Milton and Victorine 
Guillotte Allen; three sisters, Lily A. Mire, Carrie A. Carline, and Gertrude A. 
Mendoza; and two grandchildren, Steven R. Mendoza and Angela Forester.

The family requests that visitation be observed Saturday, February 12, 2011 from 
9am until time of services at Ibert's Mortuary in Franklin.

Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby will be held Saturday, February 12th at 1pm at 
Ibert's Mortuary with Pastor Bobby Hodnett officiating. Burial will follow in 
the Franklin Cemetery.
