Perry Edward 'Ned' Stephens, 56, a native of Big Lake, TX., and a resident of 
Patterson died, Sunday, February 20, 2011 at 12:08pm at his residence.

Ned is survived by his wife, Geralyn Lacoste Stephens of Patterson; two 
daughters, Kimberley and Casey Stephens of Patterson; two brothers, Joe Bob 
Stephens and his wife, Sandy, of Odessa, TX., and Dan Stephens and his wife, 
Cathy, of Bayou Vista, and a host of brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces and 
nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Bob and Doris Stephens.

The family requests that visitation be observed Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 
9am until time of services at the First Baptist Church of Patterson.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 23rd at 11am at the First 
Baptist Church of Patterson with Pastor Michael Reichard. Burial will follow in 
the Patterson Protestant Cemetery.

Ned touched many lives and will be missed by all who knew him.

He was employed by the City of Patterson for over 35 years. He was a former 
Chief and was serving as the Assistant Chief for the Patterson Volunteer Fire 
Department and was a very active member.
