BOONE, RUTH ANN 
March 24, 1927 - March 21, 2011 

Ruth Ann Boone, a resident of Amelia, passed away on March 21, 2011, in Morgan 
City at the age of 83.

Ruth was the postal clerk for the Brownell Homes Post Office and a member of 
Morgan City Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Ruth is survived by her two sons, Bart Boone and his wife, Pam, of Amelia, and 
Sam Boone and his wife, Ivola, of Carney, Okla.; two daughters, Willa McMannis 
of Missouri, and Sylvia Crane of Colorado; 13 grandchildren; 13 
greatgrandchildren; three sisters; and two brothers.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alton S. Boone; her daughter, Fern 
Neal; her mother and father; four brothers; and three sisters.

A Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 26, 2011, at the 
Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, located at 807 Fig St. in Morgan City.

Hargrave Funeral Home in Morgan City has been entrusted with the arrangements.
