DOTY, BEVERLY GODCHAUX 

Beverly Godchaux Doty departed this Earthly life at age 78 surrounded by her 
children and entered into eternal life with our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, 
March 29, 2011. 

She was a resident of Denham Springs and native of New Orleans.

She was a loving and devoted mother. 

She is survived by Beverly Roy Quezada and her husband, Cipriano, of Denham 
Springs, Mack H. LaRoy Jr.and his wife, Debbie, of Cottontown, Tenn., Lois Roy 
Irick and her husband, Chip, of Houma, Sidney J. Roy and his wife, Gail, of 
Morgan City, and the late Charles A. Roy Sr.; and mother-in-law of Sharlene Roy 
of Houma. She also is survived by her 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 
two greatgreat grandchildren, sisters, Viola Nemeth and Louise Tessara; and 
sister-in-law, Barbara Godchaux.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roland and Charlotte Godchaux; 
husband, Edward J. Doty; brothers, Charles, Roland and Robert Godchaux; and a 
sister, Juanita Rogers.

Visitation will be at The Church in St. Amant, 13423 La., [text missing] 431, 
St. Amant, LA 70774, Saturday, April 2, from noon until the service at 3 p.m., officiated by Galeon Albin.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like plants to plant in her memory.
