HAYWOOD, TRENT, JR.
(March 14, 2011 - March 21, 2011)

Trent Hayward, Jr., age 14 days, died Monday, March 21, 2011 at Lafayette 
General Hospital at 5:50 AM.

Graveside Service will be Friday, March 25, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Macedonia Baptist 
Cemetery in Ashton, La.

Trent was survived by; his mother, Clara Mitchell of Franklin, his father, Trent 
Hayward, Sr., of Baton Rouge, La., his grandmother, Meredith D. Bray of Houston, 
TX., his great grandmother, Clara B. Bray of Franklin, La., two sisters, Nyla 
Hayward and Brooklynn Hayward both of Franklin, La., paternal grandmother, Linda 
Hayward of Baton Rouge and a host of relatives.
