Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2011/sm1104.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== A Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday, April 15, 2011, at 12:00 PM at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Charenton for Larry Frank Boutte, 66, a native of Franklin and resident of Baldwin, who passed away suddenly on Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at 3:25 PM at his home. Interment will follow in the Chitimacha Mausoleum in Charenton. Father William Crumley will officiate the services. Larry was a veteran of the United States Air Force, having served in the Vietnam War. He was a production superintendent for Pennzoil and retired in 1997 after 33 years of dedicated service. Following his retirement from Pennzoil, he followed his passion and opened his own business, Boutte's Auto Garage in Baldwin. He particularly enjoyed working on older cars and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include his wife, Sandra "Sam" Broussard Boutte of Baldwin; four sons, Grant Boutte and his wife Kristen of Youngsville, Blake Boutte and Taren Ruskoski of Youngsville, Blair Boutte and Yvette Perry of New Iberia, and Chad Boutte and Steven Mora of New Orleans; three step-daughters, Telah Caro and her fiancˇ Casey Robison of Charenton, Desireˇ Rebert and her husband Paul Rebert, Jr. of St. Martinville, and Shayna Hines and her husband David Hines of Franklin; two sisters, Beryl Soprano of Charenton and Lucille Delahoussaye of Gretna; two grandsons, Marcus Boutte and Sam Boutte, both of Youngsville; and one granddaughter, Tristyn Rebert of St. Matinville. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Boutte and Corinne Uze Boutte; two brothers, Clarence and Michael Boutte; and one grandson, Keiland Rebert. A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Charenton from 9:00 AM until Mass time.
