Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2011/sm1104.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Wilton 'Jack' Sauce, 69, a native of Morgan City and a resident of Franklin died, Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at 10:40am at the Oschner Medical Center in New Orleans. The family requests that visitation be observed Friday, April 8, 2011 from 6pm to 9pm at Ibert's Mortuary in Franklin. Visitation will resume Saturday April 9th from 8am until time of dismissal at Ibert's Mortuary in Franklin. Funeral Services will be held Saturday April 9, 2011 at 1pm at Myette Point Baptist Church in Franklin with Pastor Joe Sauce and Pastor Bobby Hodnett officiating the services. Burial will follow in the Franklin Cemetery. Acting as pallbearers will be Herschel Sauce, Keith Sauce, Timothy Sauce, Trey Estelle, Courtney Badeaux, and Brock Romero. Jack is survived by his wife of 52 years, Helen Aucoin Sauce of Franklin; two sons, Herschel Sauce and his wife, Brendy, of Franklin, and Keith Sauce of Franklin; a daughter-in-law, Debra Hebert of Franklin; one brother, Wilson Sauce of Hammond; three sisters, Ella Ashley of Berwick, Leona Ruff and Mary Lee Gaudet both of Bayou Lourse; six grandchildren, Tiffany Pizzolato and her husband, Brooks, Traci Sauce, Jami Romero and her husband, Brock, Timothy Sauce and his wife, Amy, Trey Estelle, and Courtney Badeaux; six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents: Joseph and Mary Vina Couvillier Sauce; two brothers, Elton and Milton Sauce; and three sisters, Eldora Sauce, Hilda Ackaman, and Elda Mayon. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in memory of Jack to alleviate funeral and medical expenses not covered by insurance. The family has set up accounts at the Capital One Bank and the M.C. Bank. The family kindly thanks and appreciates any help. ===================
