Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2011/sm1105.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Rebecca Ann LaCoste Cross July 10, 1960 May 18, 2011 Rebecca Ann LaCoste Cross, a native of Morgan City and a resident of Amelia passed away peacefully at her brother's residence in Franklin on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. Rebecca loved life and knew how to enjoy it with her family. She was a loving and caring mother to her sons and a very devoted grandmother to her grandchildren. She loved to spend her time outdoors camping and riding motorcycles as well as spending quite time quilting and sewing. She also was gifted in making arts and crafts. Rebecca also accomplished earning an associates degree in accounting and enjoyed working with numbers. Rebecca was loved tremendously by her family and she will never be forgotten. Rebecca is survived by her husband, Charles Graham Cross Sr.; two sons: Charles G. Cross Jr. and his wife, Kovee of Bayou L'ourse and Michael F. Cross and his wife, Mindy of Morgan City; her two mothers: Stella Marie Vining Robicheaux and Patricia Sheehan LaCoste ; four grandchildren: Kylee Jo, Abbygail Grace, Kaeden James and Elizabeth Rayne Cross; five sisters: Debra Boudreaux and her husband, Homer, Ramona Brizzard and her husband, Spencer, Doreen Wiggins and her husband, Ronnie, Karen Hamilton and Josephine Crabtree; three brothers: John Charles LaCoste Jr. and his wife, Myrna, Wayne Anthony LaCoste and his companion, Jenny and Monroe William LaCoste III; one grandfather, George Vining Sr.; three godchildren: Felecia Hebert, Katy Crabtree and Henry Andrews along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Rebecca was preceded in death by her two fathers: John Charles LaCoste Sr. and Eusebe (Zeb) Joseph Robicheaux; paternal grandparents and a maternal grandmother. A time of remembrance and reflection will be on Friday, May 20, 2011 at Twin City Funeral Home starting at 6pm until 10pm and resuming at the funeral home on Saturday, May 21, 2011 at 9am until 11am. A Service of Christian Burial will begin at 11am and Rebecca will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery. ===================
