Hazel Hernandez, age 96, a resident of Franklin, died Saturday, May 14, 2011 at 
Franklin Foundation at 10:35 PM.

Visitation will be Saturday, May 21, 2011 at St. Jules Catholic Church in 
Franklin from 9:00 AM until Rosary and tributes at 10:00 AM until 10:50 AM, Mass 
service at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in the Morgan City Cemetery.

Hazel leaves to cherish her memory; three sons, Dr. Don J. Hernandez of 
Franklin, La., Renaldo Hernandez and JonRoi Hernandez both of Queens, NY; one 
sister, Alma B. Williams of Morgan City; three grandchildren, five great 
grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
