WILLIAMS, BRULEE C. 

Mrs. Brulee M. Chapman Williams, 73, a resident of Patterson and native of 
Franklin, died Wednesday, May 11, 2011, at 12:15 a.m., at Teche Regional Medical 
Center in Morgan City, following a short illness.

She is survived by five sons, Walter, Larry, Robert, Brian and Albert Williams 
Jr. of Patterson; six daughters, Gloria Payton of Centerville, Ellen Herbert, 
Regina Williams, Wanda Edwards, Brenda William and Michelle Williams of 
Patterson; four brothers, Lloyd Chapman and Walter Chapman Jr. of New Orleans, 
Calvin Chapman Sr. and Ronald Chapman Sr. of Dallas, Texas; one sister, Willie 
Mae Chapman of Chicago, Illinois; 25 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her parents, stepmother, husband, one 
grandson and one sister.

Visitations will be observed Saturday, May 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at St. 
Luke Baptist Church in Patterson.

Burial rites will be read Saturday, at 2 p.m., at that church, with the Rev. 
Oscar West officiating. Interment will follow in the Shield Cemetery in 
Patterson.

The Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of preparations
