Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2011/sm1106.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2011, at 11:00 AM at Ibert's Mortuary in Franklin for Jason Patrick "Hank" Bourque, a native of Franklin and resident of Sorrel, who passed away Sunday afternoon, June 5, 2011, as a result of an ATV accident. Burial will follow in the Perpetual Park Cemetery in Franklin, Rev. Bobby Hodnett will officiate the services. Hank is survived by his father, Clarence Joseph "Joey" Bourque of Franklin; his mother, Christine Aucoin Bourque of Franklin; his fiancˇ, Candace Faughn of New Iberia; two brothers, Joey Marcus Bourque and his wife Mallory of Franklin, and Jeremy "BIGGUM" Bourque of Sorrel and his fiancˇ Heather Phillips of Franklin; four sisters, Cheramie Howe-Hopper and her husband Clinton of Kemah, TX, Joni Nicole Bourque of Franklin, Jody Lange of Lafayette, and Jade Lange of Lafayette; his maternal grandparents, Jeffery and Jesselynn Aucoin of Sorrel; one niece; four nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Richard Bourque and Ina Bailey Bourque. Hank enjoyed working on his trucks and spending time with family and friends, but his true passion was his four-wheelers, whether he was working on them, or even better, riding them. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. A gathering of family and friends will be held Tuesday, June 7, at Ibert's Mortuary from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM, and again Wednesday morning from 8:00 AM until service time. Pallbearers will be Joey Bourque, Jeremy Bourque, Shadoe Watkins, Devin Hicks, Devin Deautreil, and Trevor "TJ" Bailey. Honorary pallbearers will be Dylan Eddy, Trevor Guillotte, and Caleb Blanchard.
