Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2011/sm1106.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== A Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday, June 10, 2011, at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Patterson for Elveda Mary Cuvillier Faul, 86, a native of Centerville, longtime former resident of Patterson, and a current resident of Pine Prairie for the past 15 years, who passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2011, at 10:31 PM at the Prairie Manor Nursing Home in Pine Prairie. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery. Fr. Donavan LabbŽ will officiate the services. Ms. Elveda loved to gather with family and friends to visit and play cards. But her true passion was reading, which she passed along to all of her family. Survivors include two daughters, Bonnie Granger of Pine Prairie, and Linda Wyeth of Lafayette; one sister, Bert Ragin of Baldwin; four grandchildren, Lynn Blanchard, Jr., who was raised as a son, and his wife Chyvonne of Lafayette, Cindy GrangŽr of Baton Rouge, Crystal Wyeth of St. Amant, and Kenneth "Boo" Granger and his wife Sheila of Pine Prairie; six great grandchildren, Kayla, Claire, Eric, Christopher, Camellia, and Nathan; two very special nieces, Veronica "Sput" Prince and her husband Eddie of Lydia, and Vickie Johnson and her husband David of Pollock; as well as numerous other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Aristle Cuvillier and Camellia Cavalier Cuvillier; five brothers, James, A. J., Comile, Russell, and Ozema Cuvillier; four sisters, Addie Eve Rousseau, Lola Solar, Rita Cuvillier, and Celeste "Sally" Pryor; one great granddaughter, Brittany Nicole Granger; one niece, Linda Marie Landry; and three nephews, Little Billy, Comile, Jr., and George Cuvillier. A gathering of family and friends will be held Thursday, June 09, 2011, at Ibert's Mortuary in Patterson from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM, with the rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM. Visiting will resume Friday morning at Ibert's from 8:00 AM until dismissal time at 10:30 AM. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc. ===================
