Gwendolyn Ann Hawkins, age 56, a resident and native of Morgan City, La., died 
Friday, June 17, 2011 a 1:05 PM at her residence. 

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at New Zorah Baptist Church in 
Morgan City from 9:00 AM until funeral at 11:00 AM. Burial in the Morgan City 
Cemetery.

Gwen leaves to cherish her memory; her mother, Thelma L. Bill of Morgan City; 
one son, Kevin D. Hawkins of Morgan City; six brothers, Joseph Hawkins, Jr., of 
Lorraine, OH., Sam Hawkins, Sr., of Houston, TX., David Hawkins, Michael Hawkins 
and Felton Hawkins all of Morgan City and Keith Hawkins of Chicago, Il; four 
sisters, Linda Brown and Shona Bill both of Morgan City, Diana Wilson and 
Stephanie Daniels both of Patterson; one grandchild, Kayden Randle of New 
Iberia, La; and a host of relatives and friends.
