Rena Mary Howard, born in Weeks Island, LA, and a resident of Berwick, LA, 
passed away at Teche Regional Medical Center, Saturday, June 4, 2011 at the age 
of 84.

Rena was born to the late Paul and Amelia Leleux, Sr., on November 4, 1926.

Rena was a 15+ year member of the Lions Club of Morgan City where she was 
involved in many activities, including the managing of the Bingo playing.

Rena was a retired hair dresser & homemaker; she owned Rena's Beauty Shop.

Rena is survived by two sons Jimmie Howard of Woodville, MS, and Kenneth Howard 
and his wife Lisa of Orange Park, FL.; one sister Odette Breaux of Port Arthur, 
TX; one brother Paul Leleux, Jr. of Opelousas, LA; six grandchildren; and ten 
great-grandchildren.

Rena is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Elmer E. Howard; her 
parents; two sons; two brothers; and two sisters.

A time of remembrance and reflection will be observed Wednesday, June 8, 2011 
from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Hargrave Funeral Home; and will continue Thursday, 
June 9, 2011 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. 
Service will be at 2:00 pm in the Hargrave Funeral Home Chapel.
Rena will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemtery.
