JACK, EVELYN 

Evelyn Jack 71, of Beaumont passed June 20, 2011. 

Visitation will be June 25, 2011 from 11 a.m. until funeral time at 1 p.m. at 
Macedonia Baptist Church, 145 Prevost Road, Baldwin, La., Rev. U. Mitchell, 
Pastor. 

Under the direction of Proctor's Mortuary, Beaumont, Texas. 

Interment will be in Macedonia Church Cemetery. 

Those who will cherish her memories are daughters Patricia Martin of Beaumont, 
Texas and Linda Washington of Port Arthur, Texas; sons Michael and Walter Jack 
Jr. of Houston, Texas, Ronald Jack of Jeanerette, La, Clarence Jack of Baton 
Rouge ,La. and a host of other relatives and friends.
