Patty Borel Landry, 51, a native of Franklin and a resident of New Iberia passed 
away, Monday, June 13, 2011 at her residence.

Patty is survived by her son, Richard James Jr. of Broussard; her daughter, 
Tabitha Landry of Franklin; two granddaughters, Bailey Vasquez and Lanie James; 
three sisters, Judy Champagne, Alice Cocks, and Gail Borel; one brother, Huey 
Borel Jr.; three nieces, five nephews, nine great nieces and eight great 
nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Huey Borel Sr.; her mother, Doris 
Louise Rhineholt Borel and her nephew, Randy Reese Boudreaux Sr.

The family requests that visitation be observed Wednesday, June 15, 2011 from 
6pm to 9pm at Ibert's Mortuary in Franklin. The mortuary will resume visitation 
on Thursday, June 16th at 9am until time of services.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday June 16, 2011 at 11am at Ibert's Mortuary 
in Franklin with Rev. Bobby Hodnett officiating. Burial will follow in the 
Perpetual Park Cemetery.

Acting as pallbearers will be her nephews and her brother.
