Mrs. Mary Magdalene Metrejean, 67, a native of Greenville, Mississippi and a 
long time resident of the Morgan City area passed away at Teche Regional Medical 
Center Sunday, June 19, 2011 surrounded by her loving family.

Mary loved her family and Elvis Presley, old country music, and her 
grandchildren as they were the light of her life. A giving person and a born 
again Christian she will be greatly missed and never forgotten by her family and 
many friends.

She is survived by three sons Ricky Oswalt and his wife Lauren, Rand Metrejean, 
Jr., and Dale Metrejean; three daughters Holly Marie Green and her husband Todd 
Bodie Green, April Denise Percle, and Deadra Lynn Metrejean; twelve 
grandchildren Jesse, Carly, Jamie, Cody and Haley Green, Michael, Joseph, and 
Amber Metrejean, Devin, Kayla, and Kaitlyn Metrejean and Toby Percle, Jr.; 
great-grandchildren Brandon and Sheldon Metrejean; three brothers Raymond, James 
and Carlton Oswalt all of Mississippi; and a sister Ora Johnson of Texas.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents Ules and Clarabell Westbrook Oswalt.

A memorial service will be held Friday, June 24, 2011 at Hargrave Funeral Home 
from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. with a service at 7:30 P.M.

On Saturday June 25, 2011 the family would like to invite Mary's friend and for 
a meal and fellowship in honor of a life well live, at New life Tabernacle 811 
Roderick St. Morgan City, La. 70380 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
