STRICKLAND, DIANA DALE 
June 24, 1945 - June 13, 2011 

Memorial services will be held at a later date for Diana "Diane" Dale Duncan 
Strickland, 65, a native of Corpus Christi, Texas and a resident of Franklin, 
who passed away Monday, June 13, 2011, at 2:50 PM at Tulane Medical Center in 
New Orleans.

Diane is survived by her four children, Veronica Su Cobb and her husband Steve 
of Centerville, Donald R. Finley and his wife AJ of Erath, Duncan D. Finley and 
his wife Leta of Bayou Vista, and Mary Kay Conroe of Franklin; her mother, Mary 
L. Duncan of Glencoe; one brother, Charles "Butch" Duncan, Jr. and his wife 
Cheryl of Franklin; one sister, Kay Hampton and her husband Lee of Arcadia, FL; 
ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George T. Strickland; and her father, 
Charles "Charlie" Duncan, Sr.

Diane was a devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother, who will be 
forever loved and remembered. Diane's family would like to extend their 
heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Joe Demahy for making the last year 
of Diane's life extremely happy, fulfilling and loved. Thank you Mr. Joe.
