George Gobert, age 71, a resident of Patterson, died Thursday, August 25, 2011 
at 11:27 PM at Patterson Health Care.

Visitation will be at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Patterson, La., Saturday, 
September 3, 2011, from 9:00 AM until funeral service at 11:00 AM.

George leaves to cherish his memory; five sisters, Geraldine Verdun, Anna 
Vining, Mardell Burgess and Berdine Verdun all of Patterson, La., and Enola 
Walker of Verdunville, La; and a host of nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by a his parents, Telemarque "JOE" and Zenobia Taylor Gobert, 
one brother, Nicholas Gobert, and two sisters, Sonora Lymon and Gertrude 
Pellerin.
