Entombment will follow at Holy Family Mausoleum. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday, with a Rosary at 11 a.m. A native and resident of New Iberia, Mrs. Norris passed away at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at her nieceÕs home in Abbeville. She leaves behind her sister, Mary Bourgeois and her husband, Elton, of Franklin; nieces, Shelly B. Calhoun and her husband, James, of Franklin; Chestee and husband, Chuck Adams, of Thibodaux; Pam Bulliard and husband, Bryson, of St. Martinville; Jenny Hebert Gonsoulin of Lafayette; Shay B. Clark and husband, Hans, of Abbeville, who primarily cared for her every need for many years; nephew, Brad Bourgeois of Youngsville; and her beloved cat, Pretty Boy Norris. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews to whom she all adored. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reiles Louis Norris; parents, Dolze and Ida Boudreaux Guillotte; and sister, Rita Mae Guillotte Hebert and her husband, Homer, and their two sons, Michael and Chad Hebert; and her great nephew, Joshua Gonsoulin. Pallbearers will be Hans Clark, James Calhoun, Brad Bourgeois, Cory Hebert, David Hebert and Caleb Hawkes. Honorary pallbearers will be Judd Hebert, John Hebert and Brett Hebert. The family would like to thank her caregivers, Marsana Fanniel, Gobrielle Magnuson and Ramona Curione and AAA Hospice for their devotion during her time of need.
