SHAWAKER, EUNICE ANN RAYBURN 

Eunice Ann Rayburn Shawaker, 80, a native of Morgan City and resident of 
Huntsville, Texas, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2011.

Eunice retired from Houston Independent School District after many years of 
devotion. She worked for Schlumberger, Mobile Oil and Texaco while residing in 
Morgan City.

Memorial services will be held at Graystone Home in Dallas on Sunday, Aug. 21, 
2011, at 2 p.m.

Eunice is survived by one son, Gary Rayburn of Dallas; two sisters, June Jones 
Hidalgo and her husband Ken Hidalgo of Baton Rouge, and Maurice Jensen Teague 
of Ponchatoula; one grandson; three stepchildren; and numerous nieces and 
nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Shawaker; and her first 
husband, Harold Rayburn.
