Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2011/sm1109.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Funeral services will be held Monday, September 19, 2011, at 2:00 PM at Ibert's Mortuary for Thomas Bernard Coleman, 64, a Franklin native and resident of Baldwin since 1973, who passed away Friday, September 16, 2011, at 7:20 AM at Franklin Foundation Hospital. Burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Baldwin. Deacon Gerald Bourg will officiate the services. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Cecile Breaux Coleman of Baldwin; one son, Keith John Coleman and his wife Susan of Charenton; three daughters, Kimberly C. DeMahy and her husband Lee of Baldwin, Kiersten C. Alexander and her husband Geoff of Charleston, IL, and Kourtney C. Takeda and her husband Alex of Monroe; one sister, Sharon C. Steubing and her husband Clem of Gainesville, TX; ten grandchildren, Katie, Kevin, Lexi, and Linzi Coleman, Maci and Brooklyn Mayon, Noah DeMahy, Braelyn and Kinley Alexander, and Ella Belle Takeda; and his dog, Jo-Jo. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard Thomas Coleman and Isabel "Belle" Verret Coleman; father and mother-in-law, Chester and Dell Breaux; son- in-law, Chris P. Mayon; and brother-in-law, Armand Breaux. A gathering of family and friends will be held Monday at Ibert's Mortuary from 10:00 AM until service time, with the rosary being prayed at 12:30 PM. The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to his caregiver, Sherry Carter. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc. ===================
