MINOR, HERBERT 

Mr. Herbert ÒPaw PawÓ Minor, 75, a resident and native of Franklin, died 
Saturday, Sept. 17, 2011, at 10:20 a.m., at Franklin Health Care Center 
following a short illness.

He is survived by two sons, Rogers B. Minor of Franklin and Lloyd J. Minor of 
Jeanerette; one daughter, Ertha M. Johnson of Broussard; one brother, Willie C. 
Lee Sr. of New Iberia; two sisters, Gladys Nolan of Abbeville and Eartha L. 
Cross and husband, James Cross, of Franklin; three grandchildren; and four 
great grandchildren.

Visitations will be observed Friday, Sept. 23, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the 
Otis Mortuary Chapel.

Burial rites will be read Friday, at 1 p.m., at the mortuary, with the Rev. 
W.J. Otis officiating. Interment will follow in the St. John Cemetery in 
Franklin.

The Otis Mortuary, Inc. of Franklin is in charge of preparations.
