Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2011/sm1109.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== A Mass of Christian burial will be held Monday, September 26, 2011, at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Baldwin for Mr. Victor Minos Ronsonet, 82, a native of Patoutville and longtime resident of Baldwin, who passed away Friday, September 23, 2011, at 10:25 PM at Franklin Foundation Hospital. Burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery Mausoleum. Fr. Gregory Cormier will officiate the services. Mr. Minos was employed with the St. Mary Parish Drainage Board for over thirty years, retiring as a Supervisor. Following his retirement, he began crawfish farming. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, a big sports fan, and loved to dance. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose passion was entertaining and feeding family and friends. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Virginia Comeaux Ronsonet of Baldwin; his daughter, Linda Titus and her husband Johnny of Cade; his sons, Terry Ronsonet of Neosho, MO, Bryan Ronsonet and his wife Elise of Charenton, and Kurt Ronsonet and his wife Joni of Charenton; two sisters, Gertrude Girouard, and Lelia Sonnier and her husband Carrol, both of Biloxi, MS; one brother, Arthur Ronsonet of Baldwin; nine grandchildren, Brad, Tiffany, Blare, Jeromy, Deidre, Christy, Rachel, Britni, and Ryan; 13 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lenes and Odile Guillotte Ronsonet; one brother, Lester Ronsonet; and one sister, Delores Post. A gathering of family and friends will be held Sunday, September 25, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Ibert's Mortuary with the rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM. Visiting will resume Monday at Ibert's at 8:00 AM with dismissal at 10:30 AM. Pallbearers will be Brad Ronsonet, Blare Ronsonet, Jeromy Titus, Ryan Ronsonet, Tony Ronsonet, and Len Girouard. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc. ===================
