Clarence "DOEDY" Francois, Sr., age 92, a resident and native of Morgan City, 
died Monday, October 24th at 3:45 PM at Morgan City Health Care.

Clarence was a veteran of the United States Army.

Visitation will be Friday, October 28, 2011 at the Siracusaville Recreation 
Center in Morgan City from 9:00 AM until funeral at 11:00 AM. 
Burial will be in the Morgan City Cemetery.

Clarence leaves to cherish his memory; nine daughters, Virginia Francois of 
Houma, La., Rebecca Gary, Joann Thomas, Agnes Escort, Dolores Turner, Lorraine 
Wallace, Marjorie Washington and Jeannie Clavo all of Morgan City, La., and 
Leona Cash of Houston, TX; one brother, James Francois of Morgan City; four 
sisters, Verna Mae Francois and Era Mae McClue both of Houston, TX., Carrie Mae 
Otis and Mary Francois both of Morgan City and a host of grandchildren, great 
grandchildren, relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by his wife, Doloris Turner-Francois, his mother, Agnes 
Bradford, his father, Sidney Francois, Sr., a son, Clarence Francois, Jr., five 
brothers, Alex, Alfred, Sidney, Sam and Willie Francois, five sisters, Marie 
Morrison, Addie Miller, June Rose Ray, Idell Francois and Sandra Francois.
