Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2011/sm1111.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== A Mass of Christian burial will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2011, at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Patterson for Michael Boudreaux, 30, a lifelong resident of Patterson, who passed away Sunday, November 13, 2011, at 4:45 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery. Father Donavan Labbé will officiate the services. Survivors include his mother, Carmen Boudreaux Duhamel of Patterson and her fiancé Jino Papania of Meraux; his father, Raymond E. Duhamel of Patterson; two sisters, Rebecca Duhamel of Patterson and Mollie Duhamel of Patterson; maternal grandparents, James and Nell Boudreaux of Morgan City; and paternal grandmother and step-grandfather, Barbara and Tom McKinley of Autryville, NC; uncles and aunts, James R. Boudreaux, Kim B. Robichaux and her husband James, Clarissa B. Adams and her husband Lauren, Deb D. Hampton and her husband Rudy, Delores D. Stewart and her husband Jimmy, and Michael Duhamel.; and cousins, Victoria Boudreaux, Myron Boudreaux, Nicole Duplantis, Tosha Burns, Julia Meece, Jason Easter, Matt Wagner, and Dana Fermin. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Ronald E. Duhamel; one aunt, Sharon Hughes; and one cousin, Ronald Lewis Wagner. A gathering of family and friends will be held Tuesday, November 15, at Ibert's Mortuary in Patterson from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM, with the rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM. Visiting will resume Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Patterson at 9:00 AM until time of Mass. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of ResCare of Broussard for the loving and compassionate care given to Michael.
