Ivan Jones, Sr., a longtime resident of Stephensville, and a resident of Morgan 
City, passed away November 15, 2011 in Houma, La. at the age of 71.

Ivan proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Ivan truly 
loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.

Ivan is survived by his two sons, Ivan Joseph Jones and his wife Donna Morgan 
City, and James" Jamie" Jones of Cost Rica, one daughter, Cheryl Roy and her 
husband Bryan of Bayou Vista; and his grandchildren Sara Jones, Ivan Jones III, 
James Jones Jr., Jessie Jones, Johnny Fabre Jr., Lysa Fabre, and Harley Burns; 
he is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents Richard and Pearl Jones.

Visitation will be Monday, November 21, 2011 at Hargrave Funeral Home, 
beginning at 9 am until 2 pm.
Funeral services will be held at Hargrave Funeral Home at 2pm. 
Ivan will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery. 

The East St. Mary Veterans Funeral Squad will conduct full military honors, 
with the 21 Gun Salute and the presentation of the American Flag.
