Dupre, 81, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2011 in Hospice Care after battling a long illness. He was a native of Morgan City, LA and a resident of Hot Springs, AR. William was an Army Veteran who courageously served in the Korean War. William is survived by his four daughters, Reba Badin and Kathy Dupre of Hot Springs, AR., Julie Fryou of Amelia, LA and Billie Sue Dupre of Berwick, LA.; eight grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren. William is preceded in death by his wife Phyllis T. Dupre; his daughter Tammy Dupre; and his parents Clement and Bertha Dupre. A time of remembrance and reflection will be observed Sunday, December 11, 2011 from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm, at Hargrave Funeral Home; and will continue Monday, December 12, 2011, from 8:00 am until 11:00 am; with services at 11:00 am in the Hargrave Funeral Home Chapel. The East St. Mary Veterans Funeral Squad will be conducting graveside services in The Morgan City Cemetery, where William will be laid to rest. ===================
