LeNoir residents of Bayou Vista, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2011. Eugene was born November 15, 1970 in Erath, Louisiana the son of Mary Puckett and Rodney LeNoir. Sara was born August 1, 1971 in Butte, Montana the daughter of Barbara Earll Johnston and Robert Nevin Stephenson. Lee and Sara had a love of riding motorcycles and were members of the American Legion Riders and Lee was a member of the American Legion Post 242 in Patterson. Lee was a proud member of the Louisiana National Guard serving a tour of duty during Desert Storm. Lee and Sara together participated in many local charity events. Lee and Sara had many friends that were close to them and neither one of them ever met a stranger. Eugene is survived by his mother, Mary Puckett and her husband Larry Puckett of Morgan City; father, Rodney LeNoir and his wife Diane of Baton Rouge; daughter, Aleigha LeNoir of Bayou Vista; step-daughter, Keely Ojala, of Bayou Vista; sister, Tracey LeNoir, of Youngsville; brother, Kyle LeNoir, of Youngsville; grandmother, Dorothy Choplin of Broussard; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Eugene Choplin. Sara is survived by her daughter, Keely Ojala of Bayou Vista; step-daughter, Aleigha LeNoir of Bayou Vista; two sisters, Heather Howes, and husband Drew of Carlin, Nevada, Robyn Johnston, of Butte, Montana; brother, James Stephenson, and wife Serah of Belgrade, Montana; grandfather, Fred Earll, of Great Falls, Montana; step-father, Steve Johnston of Butte, Montana; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Barbara Earll Johnston and Robert Nevin Stephenson. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Twin City Funeral Home with a memorial service being held at 7:00 p.m. Military honors for Lee will be presented by the East St. Mary Veterans Funeral Squad at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. ===================
