He grew up in Franklin, served his country in the United States Air Force from 1969-1973 and was employed by Union Carbide Corp. from 1973-2003. He received the St. Louis Medallion in 1994 for outstanding service to the Archdiocese of New Orleans at St. Anthony of Padua Parish in Luling. For many years he served as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion and Lector. Rinnie was a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus of Council #2409 in Luling. For the past few years he was employed by Our Lady of the Rosary Parish, New Orleans, as a Sacristan and Plant Manager. He leaves to mourn his loss, his childhood sweetheart and wife of 42 years, Molly Duplantis Robicheaux; his twin sons, Bret Anthony Robicheaux, his wife, Cassie, and granddaughters, Shelby Ann and Payton Elizabeth; Jason Roy Robicheaux and his wife, Lisa, and granddaughter, Lauren Alexa, and only grandson, Denton Michael; Very Reverend David Jude Robicheaux, V.F., Pastor of Our Lady of the Rosary Parish, New Orleans; and Kevin Matthew Robicheaux and his wife, Erica, and granddaughters, Amber Clare and Amanda Marie; his brother, Randall “Beau” Robicheaux, wife, Inez, of Franklin, niece and godchild, Amie Robicheaux Mayers of Katy, Texas and Jeffrey Lynn Robicheaux of Franklin; his sister, Lynn Ellen Marie Keenze and husband, John “Toody” Keenze, nephew, William Patrick and niece, Randi Marie Keenze of Franklin. Visitation will be held Monday, December 12 at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 234 Angus Dr. in Luling, La. from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visitation Tuesday, Dec. 13, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., with funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at the St. Charles Cemetery on Paul Maillard Road in Luling. Family requests Masses and memorial donations be made to St. Anthony of Padua Church, 234 Angus Dr., Luling 70070 and Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 1322 Moss St., New Orleans, 70119. ===================
