JONES, VICKY 

Vicky Jones, 57, a native of Morgan City and resident of Gibson, died Friday, 
at Leonard Chabert Medical Center in Houma, at 4 a.m.

Visitation will be Tuesday, Jan. 17 at Jerusalem Baptist Church in Greenwoods, 
La., from 10 a.m. until funeral at 1 p.m. 
Burial will follow in the Greenwoods Cemetery.

Her cherished memories will forever live in the hearts of her seven children, 
Alexisa (Louis) Williams of Morgan City, Clarence Jones (Sarah) of Houma, Kevin 
Jones, Allison Jones, Victor Jones, Kenneth Jones and Shantell Jones, all of 
Gibson; four brothers, Joseph Jones of Vacaville, California, Alvin (Patricia) 
Jones Sr. of Morgan City, Melvin (Lorena) Jones of Jeanerette, Randy (Kendra) 
Jones of Clinton, Mississippi; one sister, Dorine Jones of Morgan City; three 
godchildren; one foster daughter, Amelia (Louis) Parker of Morgan City; two 
aunts; 17 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Vicky was preceded in death by her loving and devoted companion, her parents, 
one daughter, two sisters and one brother.

Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
