Edna Steel, age 64, a native of New Orleans, La., and a resident of Morgan 
City, died Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at Ochsner Medical Center in New 
Orleans, La., at 1:00 AM.

Memorial Service will be Saturday, January 21, 2012 at Railroad Ave. Church of 
Christ at 11:00 AM.

Edna leaves to cherish her memories; her devoted companion, Leonard Menson of 
Morgan City, La; four sons, Corey Steel, Troy Smith, Kevin Steel and Lenny 
Steel all of Morgan City, La; one daughter, Luvenia Steel of Morgan City, La; 
one brother, Richard Steel, JR., and three sisters, Olivia Steel, Callie Steel 
and Joyce Steel all of Morgan City, La; eight grandchildren, six great 
grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
