Archie Tardy, Sr., age 68, a resident of New Iberia, La. died Tuesday, January 
31, 2012 at 3:24 pm at his residence.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 4, 2012 at Macedonia Baptist Church in 
Ashton, La., from 9:00 AM until funeral service at 11:00 AM. 
Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Archie leaves to cherish his memories; his wife, Louise Tardy of New Iberia, 
La; one son, Archie Tardy, Jr. and his wife, Catrina of Mosquite, TX; two 
stepsons, George B. Lewis of Lawton, OK., and Timothy Lewis of New Orleans, La; 
three daughters, Tim'yanna Lewis Tardy of New Iberia, La., Denise Prout of 
Lawton, OK., and Emma Lewis of New Orleans, La; three brothers, Floyd Tardy and 
Nedray Tardy both of Beaumont, TX., and Joseph Tardy of Baldwin, La; five 
sisters, Margaret Loston of Four Corners, Yvonne Tardy, Vivian Williams and 
Linda Alexander all of Baldwin, La., and Lillie M. Richard of Franklin, La; 
sixteen grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and a host of relatives and 
friends.
