Henry Thomas, Jr., age 66, a native of Shadyside, La., and a resident of 
Baldwin, La., died Thursday, January 19, 2012 at 4:07 AM at Dauterive Hospital 
in New Iberia, La.

Visitation will be at Jones Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 
from 9:00 AM until funeral at 11:00 AM. 
Burial will be in the Nazarene Cemetery in Verdunville, La.

Henry was a veteran of The United States Army.

Henry leaves to cherish his memories; one son, Shaun Thomas of Baldwin, La; one 
daughter, Leslie Faye Thomas of Austin, TX; six brothers, Wayne "Joyce" Thomas 
and Rickey "Debra" Thomas both of Verdunville, La., Harry Lee Thomas of St. 
Martinsville, La., Carl Ray Hawkins of Verdunville, La., John Hawkins of Texas 
and Ron Hawkins of Wichita, Ks.; three sisters, Jean B. Darby of Verdunville, 
La., Margaret F. Coleman and Greta Gibson both of Baldwin, La; three 
grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
