A Mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday, February 9, 2012, at 2:30 PM 
at the Church of Assumption in Franklin for Rosemary Chauvin Concienne, 87, a 
native and life long resident of Franklin, who passed away Monday, February 6, 
2012, at 8:00 PM at her residence. 
Burial will follow in the Franklin Cemetery. 
Fr. Lloyd Benoit will officiate the services.

Survivors include her daughter, Jody C. Nelson and husband Myron of Salem, AL; 
two grandchildren, Jeremy Nelson and Amanda N. Holland of Phenix City, AL; one 
sister, Sadie C. Concienne of Franklin; and eight great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Concienne, her parents, Allie 
and Odile Romaire Chauvin; three brothers, Allie, Jr., Roy and Gerald Chauvin; 
and one sister, Grace C. Thibodeaux.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Thursday at the Church of 
Assumption from 1:30 PM until service time at 2:30 PM.

Franklin, LA
